Opening of account without my knowledge
An account has been opened at Truworths without my knowledge. this has only come to my attention on 04-04-2018, because that is the day i received a statement that shows an amount of R6000.00 was spent within 3 days in Alexandra between {20th and 23rd of February 2018} days that i was at work on. i have never opened an account at Truworths and its disgusting that Truworths would allow people to open an account without proper documentation.

Therefore when you alerted us of your suspicions that the account had been **********ly opened in your name, we requested that you provide the necessary documentation so that we could conduct a thorough investigation.

Your concerns raised have now been escalated to our ***** Department, who is currently working urgently to resolve this matter for you. We furthermore confirm that you will be contacted as soon as the investigation has been concluded.
