OPENING ********** ACCOUNTS !!
Please assist on the 24/04/2018 I received a phone call from trueworths east rand mall thanking for opening an account and that I must come back to the store to sign a receipt., I have never been to the east rand ever. Somebody opened a ********** account on my name without proper documentation without my ID TRUEWORTHS opened the account and they purchased Items. when I told them I never opened an account with them they are telling me I must do an affidavit. It's an Inconvenience because now I must affidavits I feel victimized as I feel they will end up sending me statements and If i don't pay they hand me over please they must close this account and stop sending me messages. they didn't do proper authentications when they opened the account .
