Online Truworths is useless

The customer service agent that was speaking with, lack of professionalism and customer experience.

First of all, on my purchase I requested that delivery be made before 25 December 2024 because some of the clothes was gonna be used for Christmas. That request did not happen.

I had to stress and go around last minute looking for something, for my son to wear, borrowing money from people. And that was not my ideal Christmas.

I had to cancel my Christmas lunch because I needed the watch and wallet for my Christmas outfit.

I was not on the table and my name was on the list, It is very sad.

How will my family and friends look at me after canceling such a big day.

I blame it on Truworths customer service representative and courier company.

Secondly I received a message saying that on 27 December 2024, I will be receiving my order.

On the 27 December I stayed at home the whole day, I was supposed to be meeting my clients but I cancelled all my meetings, my phone was on waiting on the driver's fro truworths and they did not come.

It's been very bad experience and emotional, financial draining.

And all the truworths customer representative, I must say, they are rude, why do we have to be given numbers to call other departments when we speaking with the representative of Truworths. Why can't I get helped with wasting time and energy?

That person who was helping me left me hanging. And sent me the rating page.

What do I rate because am not helped, whole paying customer, I have been unhappy with truworths service. It's not my first time to buy online.

I can see that you think it's my first time. Your drivers are not coming because the delivery is in Mfuleni. They understadermining me because I stay in a Township and buying online, unlike them. Hence they don't want to deliver my clothes.

On the 27 I was here at home waiting for my delivery, they did not come, not even an attempt. I know because it was hot and I was seating outside. They claim to call me and they did not call my cellphone was on, and it was on all day. Not even 1 miss call from driver.

I need 50% this count for this order. You have put me through so much stress on holidays.
