Online truworths department is trash

Ordered online and have been waiting for my things for more more than 3 weeks now. Have to leave and go on holiday and their stupid online department is not of help and apparently I can't change delivery address but paid for home delivery which is a standard fixed price for anywhere in SA. I hate truworths will never order anything from them again
