Online store - Worst customer service ever

The first time i wrote a review on Hellopeter was because of Truworths. It sad that here I am again because of the same store, Truworth online store. I order a white top online and when i went to collect it I found it was dirty. How can a store pack such an item for a customer?, the white top had red pen markings on it and yet they packed it for a customer. I am honestly done with this shop and just want to close my account, each time they make a mistake they dont think that me as a customer I had to use petrol to go and collect not the mention the time I take to go to the store. Worse part of it is that when you complain you only get a mere apology, how many time will they need to apologies to the same customer for the same thing. who is paying for the petrol I lose when I go to the store?. Its like I need to make a request with every order and ask that can they please send me clean new items when I order. This is unacceptable now, Musgrave Truworth was the one that packed the item.
