Online shopping waste of time

I placed an order a week ago and one of the items seem to not be in stock anywhere and I'm told to wait for the one item to be delivered then only can the other item be cancelled and I get a refund. I must wait for maybe next week they say for delivery. Meanwhile I need the items now and I could go and buy them elsewhere. Your online shopping is a terrible experience
