ONLINE SHOPPING HERE IS THE WORST

Placed a order online for a birthday preset. One day before the birthday I see on the order rejected! I am not near any stores to quickly go and buy something. I searched for a lift from Bloemfontein found one so I phoned in to the Truworths in Mimosa Mall spoke to FLORANCE asked her if I place a order online now can I send my mother to go and pick it up she will be there in 2 hours she confirmed all good. My mother got there FLORANCE told her to go and stand in the line after she told me just come to me. Okay now she stands there and they say no they can not help her with the order!!! The Birthday is tomorrow nice work Truworths.
