Online shopping false advertising

I honestly cannot understand how a client can purchase clothing online, pay for the clothing and then 3 days letter receive an email to say the items you purchased are no longer available! How does that make sense? Why do these items still reflect on the website for purchasing and once paid for they are not available. This is ridiculous! Funny enough I go on the website today and the items I tried to purchase still show as available on your website! Extremely annoyed with the inconvenience. I'm not interested in the refund, I want the items I initially purchased and paid for!
