Online Shopping DISASTER

I placed an order online and found out that 2 of the products I paid for is now out of stock, AFTER all was confirmed.

I just really want to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in Truworths – I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 7 years, I’ve always paid my account on time and I’ve never been late with an instalment.

My order arrived late too!

Can someone assist me with the 2 products that can’t be delivered to me due to a system fault???? Why should I be inconvenienced like this???
