**** online shopping customer service rude employees

Customer service is **********... cape town head office needs to hire new recruits preferably trained with proper etiquette!!!

I have had a truworths account for eons,and mostly used it to buy stuff for my kids and grandkids on account.

The last 4 or 5 transactions on the account have been mostly for my granddaughter who is not formally employed but can make ends meet, recently created an online profile for shopping and after verification some rude coloured lady from your head office upon hearing that the items purchased on account online were for my granddaughter (I don't know why it would even be important whose stuff it is for in any case) she told me she will be cancelling the order because my granddaughter must open her own account and pay her own account!!!!! Why is she at liberty to be telling me that nonsense!

I didn't even bother taking that rude lady's details...she is most probably truworths CEO BUT THIS IS THE NUMBER AHE CALLED FROM ***
