Online shopping a waste of time + Store no social distancing

Why would I waste my time ordering online to avoid queues and people because when ordering online you have to in anycase stand in a queue that is all the way to the entrance (for hours ) just to collect a paid online order? .......There is definitely no social distancing in store and overall poor service. Why have an online service of its exactly the same as going to the store and shopping and queueing as normal?
