online shopping

I orderd 5 items online last week sunday (28/11/21), I received one iterm yesterday (06/12/21) still waiting for my other 4 iterms which include a 'Travel bag" which I bought online because the nearby strore was out of stock, today (07/12/21) I called their call center to find out where my parcels are , the lady who was assiting me told me that two iterms have been deliverd yet I only got one yesterday , and I told her about the 'Travel bag" initially she said I will get it tomorrow but when she checks again she says I will only get it next week. that is totaly inconvinient for me as I needed the bag tomorrow, now I dont believe most of the thing they tell me. if there were 0 stars that what I was going to give them
