I paid for my order on April second. Which was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days. However there has been no communication since then and the order has been on "in transit" since Wednesday.

You people don't answer your emails. Other online shopping platforms keep us updated on the whereabouts of our orders. Then there's you where the customer has to keep guessing whether the order has been couriered or still at the shop.

Just deliver my order or cancel it and return my money.

I don't need a call from your management I don't have time for more lies. Just call your courier to deliver my stuff before Saturday.

How can my items be collected by your courier on the 5th of April and still not be delivered by the 13th??
