Online services needs improvement

I am so disappointed in the order I had received, I had ordered online they brought me a watch that does not have a winder when I called them they guy who answered was unprofessional and unhelpful.the order was delivered very fast was happy about it however the returning of it was a hustle had to visit two store finally the branch assisted .I am thankful for the service I received at truworths at rosebank and truworths Randburg square big up grate service
