Online service is pathetic
The service from the online team is slow and pathetic. I ordered a pair of shoes off Office London, waited the 5 working days only to receive a pair of shoes that are different sizes. Trying to rectify the problem is a tedious process. I get no reply's to any emails and the call center is not much help either. I am disappointed with the lack of help and service I am receiving. You have lost a customer.

When processing a sales transaction for shoes our consultants are required to check that the shoes in the box correspond to the codes on the box.
