Online ****

I place an online order in January and it was 8 items o***, I collect that order on 26 January and I found out that it was not all of the parcels that I ordered 2 items were missing I collected 7 items which included 1 item from order o*** to make them 7 items.

On the Truworths system it shows no outstanding order on my side shows ready for collection.

I sent them email to the services department on Tuesday 8/02/2022, which to this day I have not yet had a response from Truworths. I even attached the pictures of what is missing on that email which is worth R698.
