Online purchase

I ordered a dress on the 27th of November 2020. I received an email to. Confirm my order. That was the last communication that I received form Truworths online regarding my purchase.

I tried to track my order however it is stuck between CPT - JHB- CPT.

When will I receive my dress. I have to attend a wedding this weekend and I don't have anything to wear or money to purchase another dress. This is really disgusting.
