Online purchase

I ordered sneaker last week ( 14/12/2022) at Office London online. I have not received a communication from them, I decided to call them on the 17/12/2022. It took 7 minutes to get to an agent. They then said they going to check which store has it, mind you the transaction went through online but now they still “checking”. My issue that is a Christmas shoe. But still no community from this company!
