Online policies

If you have a new policy regarding returning an online purchase I think it would help if you could put that in writing when a client has purchased and paid for something, because having to waste my time going to the store only for my package to have been returned but the money has not been credited to my account is highly unacceptable and makes me even regret even purchasing at truworths
