Online orders
I will never ever order on online from Truworths, I had to wait on a queue for 27 minutes to collect an online order. I was told I have to queue with the rest of the shoppers but this defeats the whole purpose of online shopping if I still have to queue with the rest of the shoppers just to collect an online order. It's absolutely ridiculous. In top of that, only two tills open. This happened at Mall of Africa
