Online orders and delivery

Orders arrive bit by bit and we're handed over to a third party with no notification to me. Luckily my items were given to me, but they could easily have been taken. Stockings / tights I received were black and brown instead of black and grey as ordered. They were not in the original packaging and were clearly a return as they came in a bag with a slip from 2023, not even sure if i could exchange them at all. I would rather pay a bit more and wait a bit longer to receive my items together in a regular manner.
