I ordered 3 and a half weeks ago, Xmas presents online and I'm still waiting for my order I called the call center on Friday and was promised a call back, then called again Saturday was promised a call back, I still don't know where my order is, on the app it states in transit, IN TRANSIT FOR OVER 3 WEEKS! Truworths train your call center staff better they have no telephone etiquette! They have no idea what's going on! Will never shop at Truworths again!
