Online ordering frustrations with Truworths.
Why is it that placing an order and capturing a delivery address on Truworths online is such a frustration? I have tried repeatedly to capture my address, which seems to be over-ridden by their GPS and which throws up an address somewhere in the Eastern Cape. I live in Johannesburg. This has resulted in my cancelling orders and Truworths losing business. I frequently buy online and I never have a problem with any other online service .
