Online Order...Bad Service Lauren, Monique, Veronica and manager Robin

I placed an online order on the 25 March, understandingly so of the nationwide lockdown and their backlog they communicated, the order could only be delivered at a later stage. Fastforward to the easing of the lockdown and them resuming with deliveries, I contacted the online contact centre to notify them of my change of location, where my order should be delivered. I spoke to Lauren, she said she will advise the couriers of the change of address of the parcel. Two days later i receive a notification of my parcel has been dispatched to the address that i asked to be changed by Lauren. I called the online call centre again to let of this, fortunately for me i spoke to Lauren again, she advised that the couriers did not see the email she sent of change of location, and she will advise the couriers not to drop off the parcel, but to come back with it, for the parcel to be dropped off at my new location. Today as we speak my parcel has been delivered at the address i specifically advised it should not be delivered despite my numerous requests that it should not be delivered at. I called then online call centre again and spoke to Monique and Veronica, they two ladies advised that the parcel has been delivered. I asked to speak to management which is Robin, Robin advised that she will call me back,she has called back and yet I am billed for a parcel that is not in my hands and sitting somewhere i cant go collect. I am disappointed at the customer service i received from Truworths and their couriers and management. Going forward i suggest that i then micromanage their service, I want regular updates as to when the parcel will be collected at the location and when it will be delivered to where i am as i requested. Robin as the manager what are you saying about this, please also remember that your silence to the matter at hand is also a form of communication and its reflects badly on you and on the company customer service
