Online order wrong sizre

03/12/2019 I placed an order online bought 3 items, collected it from the store, after collecting I did not check the sizes as I don't expect online to make an error, that weekend we went away and guess what when we arrived my fiancé needed to put on his sandals he notices that the sandals was a bit bog but didn't take not as everything was rush, rush, Yesterday when I had a look @ the shoes its a size 9 and not a size 8 as order has been placed, like seriously guys how can u get that wrong, now he has to walk with these sandals that's a size bigger and looks so stupid, im really annoyed with u guys
