Online order not received

I am extremely upset regarding the service I have been receiving regarding an order place on the 3rd august 2024! Today is the 19th August 2024 and to date 4 different people have advised me on 4 different delivery dates??? How is this possible?? At this point, I really do not want this order! I expect an urgent response. It is extremely appalling that I have to constantly email or call and follow up because truworths online cannot do their jobs!
