ONLINE ORDER INCORRECT.... TRUWORTHS SUCKS!!!

I have had herendous experiences with Truworth Cresta where I collect and truworths online. First order was sneaker of which I got a dirty pair that was probably on display. Now I went to collect my order the app told me I'm getting my jeans yet I received the socks I ordered but on the app it say I have my jeans. As for the consultant she was no help at all. I officially hate truworths. I will never recommend it and will be cancelling my account.
