Online order incorrect size for the second time.

I bought shoes by them for the 2nd time incorrect size from office london and I got a size 5 and a size 6 on sale and obviously had to return them and loose out on the sale item as it came from the waterfront store and you never actually hear from them again that they got the correct size I can come and collect etc. Bad service once again.
