Online order for collection- when will it be ready??

I placed an online order in March and to date I have not received it. I received a notification this week stating that they are processing the order now. This was on the 2nd of May and now still havent received a message to collect my order. Will i still receive my order during winter? Its already been charged to my account so I would really still like to wear the winter clothes ordered in winter.
