Online Order

I placed an order online- it had only 2 options for payment, cheque account or credit card only. I entered my savings account details but got an error message. I went to the shop yesterday, I couldnt find the items in the shop. I messaged Truworth on Facebook and they gave me a number for further assistance. I have just called the ***. The guy didnt help me at all. He advised me to re- order again. The prices have since changed and they are higher- even though it says final clearance sale. Can I please get that order? Even if it means going to maka payment at the branch. I will really appreciate that
