Online order did not arrive

I ordered a pair of shoes online from Truworths 2 weeks ago, i called 3 times and got told the shoes is on its way. i asked that they call me back to give me the exact time that the shoe will arrive and i still await the call. On the website its states that it will take 3 business days to deliver any online order, its been 2 weeks and im stil waiting. they have charged the shoe to my account so that cost will be probably be added to my monthly instalment so i will pay for something i dont even have. why offer a service if you are pathetic at it ? dont make promises you cant keep. Thankfully my account isnt very high and i have always wanted a reason to close my Truworths account as they are generally expensive for a store that carries 90% their own brand and no other nice name brand.. so thanks Truworths you can bid this customer farewell.
