Online order delivered to wrong place, 11 working days already and still haven't received it.

Made an online purchase at truworths on the 27-07-2025 for the amount of R1800, after 15 days of patiently waiting for my order to arrive I received an sms on the 08-08-2025 at17:30pm saying my order was delivered but I never received my parcel or a call on the day of delivery. On the 09-08-2025 I called the *** to check where did they deliver my parcel as I did not receive it, the consultant tells me that they need to investigate as the parcel was delivered but I never received it and someone signed for my parcel. Incompetence at the highest level.
