Online order delivered to wrong address (negligence) been left begging for what i paid for

Hi Hello Peter I ordered items on their online store as i have previously done before without any problem my parcels would be delivered at home or work as selected but however this time it was different Ordered two items been keeping track of it to notice that on the 6 February it as been delivered due to be off sick i waited to report it to them as he was not delivered at home maybe it was at work but still no delivery I then started the process to call their customer care to enquire it's delivered according to their online store but I've not received it A lady Anastacia then told me it has been delivered on the 06.02.2021 Tumelo Moekena signed for it of which i don't know her not only did deliver to the wrong place which later on when RTT called me the driver (Godfrey) admitted he doesn't know the place he saw some guys in the same street name asked them where is our house number they pointed to some house the lady Tumelo Signed took the parcel with my details street name contact number and he left i fail to understand why he could call me if he got lost now i basically have to beg Truworths to find my parcel worth R800 as if it's my fault they delivered it to the wrong place been calling to be told they will give me feedback last Friday never called me email Marciano referred it to Gregory for him to just tell me what i know it was delivered to Tumelo whom i don't even know if there is anyone who could assist me to deal with Truworths&RTT negligence delivering to a wrong address maybe not even asking for Identity or just to call me Im hoping to hear from them soon as trying to resolve this privately without success and to receive my parcel
