ONLINE ORDER CANCELLED VIA SMS
Your online service is the worst I ever experienced!!! Should have believed the mountain of complaints on social media. My online order was cancelled via SMS 14 DAYS after payment was confirmed by Truworths. Had you send me an SMS earlier, I could have gone into a store and buy the clothes myself...No wonder you calls go directly to SPAM!

20 Apr 2022, 13:28Not good enough... no where do you state that an online order needs to be verified via phone. It's called ONLINE for a reason. The number you use goes straight to SPAM, you think I'm going to answer that? You were able to reach me by SMS to cancel my order (14 days after it was placed!) but not to inform me that it needs to be verified. I would have cancelled the order myself if I knew that's how you handle online orders after confirming payment was successful.
