Online order bad service!

I am so dissapointedbin Truworths. I have been a client for more than 4 years and this is how I get treated. I placed an online order around the 2nd May. Its 3 -5 working days waiting period. Today is the 20 th May and I am still waiting .I received a sms that my order has been dispatched and it will be delivered the 11 th May. Online customer care number sucks!!!No one is answering ,even the normal customer care cant get hold of the other departments. This is really bad customer service.
