Online order
I will never order anything online from Truworths again. There are no updates on deliveries. I ordered something for my son to be delivered for pick up at Somerset mall and for the last two days the WhatsApp account for updates doesn't work, and on the App for the last 3 days it's been telling me my goods are ready to be collected by Courier.🤷♀️I have no idea what is happening with the order, and my son does not get text with updates either. Like I said, never again. I send and email now and I am told they'll respond in 48 hours.

31 Dec 2025, 10:43I honestly don't get it. Why are online orders stuck at Couriers for days. Don't Truworths have their own stock delivery trucks? My orders had to be transported between 20-40km within Capetown, either from the warehouse or another branch, and it's taken 5 days so far. I send a package from a Pep in Jhb to a Pep in Cape Town a while back and it was delivered in less than 24hours.
