Online order

I am so disappointed in your "policy" which your staff says it's policy...I orded something online unfortunately i won't be able to fetch it , so I'm not allowed to ask anyone who doesn't have an ID to fetch it for me ? So what should I do...I'm with my little sister whom can fetch it for but im told she can't fetch it if she doesn't have her own ID even if she comes with mine...I'm going to pay off this account and close it , there's a reason why I did online shopping not in store , I have a infant with me I can't be walking around the mall while...I can ask someone to fetch it for me and please do teach your staff at Protea Glen Mall to communicate decently with me irrespective of their age , thank you .
