Online order

Can I please be helped, I made an order online on the 12/11/2019 and paid the very same time. I got an SMS that my order was delivered to East London Branch on the 18/11/2019... on the 20th I got a reminder to go and collect as it is delivered. Then I only went on store on the 22nd, one gentleman helped me and told he cannot find it, I must come back later that day he's going to look for it. Today I went again and I'm still being told its not there.. I need these clothes tomorrow morning as I am leaving for Cape Town... Order no is O***1....
