I recently did a purchase for a pair of shoes online. When I collected this order I found that it had 2 different sizes in the box. I called on line service and spoke to Charlene. She informed me that all that they can do is give me a refund and I have to replace this order online again. This is Truworths Please bear in mind that during this pandemic its not safe to go out unnecessary and i only went into this mall to collect my order. My questions are where is Truworths policy in ensuring that the correct order is packed and sent to the customer and how is Truworths accountable for the mistakes that they make.
