Once again disappointed

<p>I ordered a dress via the Truworths website on the 5th of July at 14:59 (****** Mary Shirt Dress) and a order on the 6th at 13:07 (Blue ink Boho dress), long story short I received my order confirmation emails for both order and the next day it was showing APPROVED (on the 6th and the 7th). Great that means the orders should be here by Monday the 11th or Tuesday the 12th at latest.</p> <p> </p> <p>After sending an email and a follow up email again, i finally received feedback. The second order has been dispatched but a waybill/courier reference number can't be confirm. Cool I used to this type of uselessness. What is bothering me, is little miss Aasiqah sent me a mail with:</p> <p>"Good day, </p> <p>Thank you for your email. Upon reviewing your account, we were able to locate only one order with the order reference MDF ********** 2 for the ink printed boho dress. Please advise us of the type and style of the other item, the size, payment plan and delivery store or address in <span style="text-decoration: underline;">order for us to place the order</span>."</p> <p> </p> <p>That is what is bothering me, I have already place the order and it has already been approved. Why do I need to give the information again for the order to be placed after I have already placed the order? Can Aasiqah only go as far ass to review and account? Can't she go and review orders or dispatchment of approved orders? This "I-couldn't-care-less " attitudes of the Truworths customer services are really starting to tick me off because its at the same level as the staff member in the stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh and to top it off, I need to provide the the style and type of the item (this is usually a code) guess what the item has been taken off the website now.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOU GUYS BETTER DELIVER THAT ORDER I PLACED, BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE SLIPPED UP AND IT'S REALLY STARTING TO BECOME A NEGATIVE POINT ON YOUR SIDE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Start caring about your customers and their concerns, questions and requests.</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for your post.

We sincerely apologise for your recent experience with our Fashion Delivery service and agree that it is unacceptable and certainly not the norm.

Upon investigation we established that, whilst your order was marked as approved on our website, it was not processed. This matter has been raised with our Customer Services Manager to investigate and address and to ensure that the appropriate action is taken so that this level of service is not repeated.

Having said this, we are pleased to confirm that your parcel was delivered to your address of choice on 15 July 2016. In addition, the delivery fee has been waivered from your account.

We hope that the attention afforded to your query has reassured you that we value you as our customer and we once again apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this has caused you.

Yours sincerely,

Truworths Online Team
