OMBUDSMAN!!!! Truworths is ripping us off .

I have an account under truworths I reported I was unemployed and told them I would make monthly payments, they then handed me over to MBD which is very unprofessional and never has any information I have requested for a statement and the bill was R1800 in November 2019 I yet again requested for another statement in February 2020 it was the same amount . I yet requested for a statement in May 2020 still the amount has not changed even when I am making monthly payments, this is a ******* and I am going to report you to the OMBUDSMAN. I demand this is fix I can not be paying an account all my life with no change you guys are ******* .
