Old watch nd bad attitude
About 3 weeks ago my husband bought me a watch at Truworths store at keywest mall, on the 2/11/2018 we realized that the watch is behind with time as I hardly use the watch, I reset the watch and it stopped ticking again nd we reset it again and it did the same, we also realized that one of the watches belts is turning bronze, it's too early for a watch that was bought 3 weeks ago to be turning bronze. On the 4/11/2018 we went to the store and a lady by the name of Rose came to hear our story nd she said that we must replace the battery ourselves, how do you replace a battery of a watch that is 3 weeks old dn she said that the warranty of the watch does not include the belt, I mean the watch is 3 weeks old nd she tells us stories that makes no sense replacing a battery of a new watch nd it's okay that it turns bronze where else it's been used for such a short period of time. We repeatedly told her that what she says doesn't make sense and basically what she was saying is that we bought a old watch nd she should keep it, she was also rude enough to say that we must tell her wen we are done talking coz clearly we are the only ones who want to talk. Did we get ********** and given an old watch that needs a new battery nd that turns bronze quickly nd getting no assistance from a rude person. My husband is even considering closing the account with Truworths because of what happened and the rude people that are hired to assist us.
