OK Furniture Town Centre - Poor Service Delivery

Good day I regret to inform you that I was not pleased with service I received from OK Furniture Town Centre on Friday the 27th of May 2022. I was there to buy a bed that was always on TV adverts in past few days, the R 3999.00 bed and I was told it's out of stock. I saw another that bed that was on special that cost R 5400.00 and I was told that one as well is out of stock. I requested the sales man that was helping me to sell me this one is on display the R 5400.00 bed and he went to his manager and came back and he said he can't sell the bed because is on display. I ask the sale man to call the manager. The manager came and she said she can't sell the bed because is on display and other people come to the shop they must see it. I told the manger I'm not here to look the bed I'm here to buy the bed and you rather lose sales because you're refusing to sell the bed that is on display and she said yes. Second question I asked the manager was, after people saw the bed and want to buy it what are you're going to do, she just left me and went to her office meanwhile I was talking to her.

This is the bad service I've experience from OK Furniture Town Centre on Friday the 27th of May 2022.
