Oh no Truworths!
I see Truworths has a poor rating and now understand why. How do you get a response from Truworths? Looking at previous reviews it seems clear it is not through Hellopeter! I ordered a jersey online to be delivered to Truworths Liberty Mall on 10 May. I have heard nothing from Truworths since then. Yesterday 24 May, I phoned Truworths Liberty Mall. The staff seemed hopelessly untrained. They could not tell me whether they had my jersey and told me that it could be at any store in the mall!? Then left me holding on while chatting loudly for at least 10 minutes without any attempt to explain the delay to me. Very unimpressive service all round and it certainly does not encourage me to shop there. I hope that someone with influence from Truworths, reads this.
