Offline is used not to assist with exchange and cellphone purchases

I was at Phola mall branch to buy a cellphone they told me to come back because the system is offline, next day i came back, the lights went off at 9 and I waited until they came back at 11 o'clock , i went in at about 12:45 they told me they are offline to my surprise they can assist other people who buy with truworths cards. why would the system be offline for the selling the cellphone only .and the clients that were there to do the exchanges they were denied service, only those who are there to buy clothes either cash or on credit the system is not offline for them. but if you are there for cellphone or exchanging items the system is offline, the is a lady there (Nomthandazo) may be she is their manager , she is influencing that young staff members not to assist with those ( cellphone and exchange) things
