I ordered items online however the wrong stuff was delivered to the store in Carlton Centre, I called Truworths online to advise but I was told to go any store near me for assistance, I've been in contact with a very helpful lady from Carlton Centre but she's not getting any help from the online guys, please take responsibility and accountability for your error and fix it because this is really unacceptable I have been billed for items I didn't even receive.. Please fix this error by today Carlton Centre can't fix an error they didn't do my order number is o***1
