Numerous sms alerts regarding account in arrears, but do not have a Truworths account

I have been receiving numerous sms alerts in the past few weeks, but have been ignoring them. Last week I got a phone call to inform me of my monies due and I explained that this was not my account and that I do not even have an account with Truworths. I told them to take my cell nr off this account and their system immediately. Today I received another sms regarding money that I owe and that will be negatively listed. Ref ***. My cell number is linked to this account now and I have now officially sent in a complaint regarding the fact that any cell number can just be added it seems to an account without being checked. I just hope my street address isn't also listed as it seems this is my domestic that gave this number. I hope they sort this out quickly otherwise I will log a complaint with the CPA or POPI or whomever will take action.
