NOTICE : THE PRICE YOU SEE AT TRUWORTHS IS NOT THE PRICE YOU MIGHT PAY

the truworths area manager got back to me today and advised that the consumer protection act was amended and the store does not have to give me the item at the price it was marked down to. i was not aware the act has changed. truworths should advise their customers of this change, and have a notice that the price the customer sees is not the price they might pay because it is not their policy.
