NOT WILLING TO ASSIST

My aunt was ****** in Nov 2015 and lost her handbag as a result. . . . after that incident her Truworths card was used several times at the Thabong branch with majority of these purchase transactions processed by \Employee No.***\" who apparently suspected ***** but didn't anything about it until a ***** case was opened with the police and only then they mentioned they had suspected the woman who kept on coming to the shop signing with a different signature at other times. Are your employees not trained to deal with such situations? Worse was to come when Ben - apparently the manager **** about having informed my aunt that she needs to bring the clothes back for creditting because the police came with a docket and told him that they have capture the ********** and have the clothes as evidence. So what will happen now, must she go to the police station and demand the clothes that are being held for evidence in order for her to be assisted by Truworths? or is she not getting assistance because the ********* alliances are also part of the Truworths in Thabong. I would have thought a matter like this would require a swift response from Truworths. stop victimising victims & assist "
