not taking instructions

On 12 march I did a fashion delivery transaction for 3 Gatineau products, my Gatieau consultant in truworths woodlands gave me the codes and assured me that she had stock ready for me,.I got to truworths lephalale mall and did the transation and specifically told them that the 3 products were obtainable from 1 store and they called woodlands mall to confirm that with the gatieau consultant, reason why I want to buy obly from woodlands is thats where my loyalty points file is kept where when I buy gatieau I get a sticker on my file and after a certain number is reacyed I get a reward.my disappointment is that I was charged deleivery per item yet the parcel is gonna come from 1 store and in 1 pakage, also the next day when I called head office they told me that my stuff was being being sourced from different branches, why do that when I woodlands is keeping aside all the three for me?<br> somebody did not take an instruction and im disgusted, I even called woodlands mall today and they told me thay had not received any paperwork from head office and they still have my stuff, please source from woodlands and reverse the extra deleivery charges, im loyal to woodlands mall Gatieau
